You guys, how come Somerville doesn't have like, a crazy active book crossing community? I was totally stunned that Kansas is beating Massachusetts by three times as many books at BookCrossing.com (maybe that's a predjudice I should examine...).

We're literate! We're good sharers! We should all be doing this. Register at bookcrossing.com and start sharing books with your neighbors. Please? It'll be fun.

Free wooden desk/sewing table (with old knock off singer sewing machine still in it). Three drawers.
On Cameron Avenue, outside Davis Square, near Mass Ave.

Also have free wooden armoire to anyone who can come take it away. It is about 70" tall, I believe, with several drawers.

Davis Squared?

I was driving down Highland Avenue today and noticed that one of the storefronts across the street from Sagra  looked to be under construction. It had a sign that said Davis Squared in the window. Anyone know what's up?
