A Beagle type dog was found running loose in Davis Square this morning.

Has anyone else seen the signs taped to poles along Elm (starting around Big Fish, Little Fish and ending...I don't know where) with little snippets of vaguely Shakespearean verse about a Rosalind with flowers attached? They're kind of cute, and I'm curious about them.

Chiropractor in Somerville/Arlington Needed

Can anyone recommend a good chiropractor in the area. My grandmother went to one on Holland near the square and I really did not like it there ( I always took her). My husband would prefer either Somerville or Arlington. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield if that matters.

Outdoor Movie Reminder

I believe tonight it's Citizen Kane at Seven Hills Park behind the Davis T, Somerville Theater side.  Movie begins at dusk - previous ones have started around 8:30.

patient advocate?

This may not be quite appropriate to ask here but I am putting out feelers wherever - so don't snark me!

I have a serious family medical situation developing (elderly parent, etc. etc) and am trying to find out if there is a role player person such as "patient advocate" or doctor-patient liaison or patient therapist for medical issues. The gist being that the med stuff is hard to navigate/translate into simpler terms, and the various options are also hard to ferret out/decide between.

Does such a profession exist: someone who is medically informed and is capable of talking to both Drs + patients?
