Open House at our Union Square space Sunday, Oct. 19

Since we are based in Davis Square, I thought some readers here might be interested in this.

We'll be holding an open house in our Union Square space on Sunday, October 19th from 10:30am.-12:30. The Union Square address is 440 Somerville Ave (between Market Basket and Maaco). The Union Square space is the place to see if you are at all interested in metalworking (it's where we have our TIG, MIG and spot welders, benders, brake, etc.) as well as our Bridgeport, the lathes, and our woodworking equipment for large scale projects.

And thanks to everyone who sent us congrats on the very large article in last week's Globe. Our membership is growing very quickly, and we are lining up some exciting events.

Rock Band at Orleans this Sunday

Rock Band at Orleans is scheduled for this Sunday! Come on down and play some tunes on out 350-song-long song list! Come alone or with a band, and prepare for rockin' fun times.

However ...

If there is a Game 7 in the ALCS, it will be played this Sunday night. In that case, WE WILL MOVE ROCK BAND TO TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21. If there is no Game 7, we will proceed with Rock Band this Sunday, as scheduled. In either case, we'll start at 9 pm.
