Help! I have bed bugs and need a reasonably priced exterminator that has successfully rid a home of bed bugs. If you've had experience w a good exterminator in Somerville or Cambridge. Please advise. Thank you!

Couldn't find any previous items on this subject.

Looking for recommendation for a contractor to do 1 medium size room that needs to be sanded & finished--a relatively small job.

Use of low VOC products or water based would be a plus.  I had another room done recently and felt sick for a week while the polyurethane dried.

Thanks!

Has anyone else encountered any counterfeit money around Somerville? This shady dude tried to pay with a fake hundred dollar bill at a bar I was at last night. The bartenders didn't press charges or anything, and the guy claimed he got the bill from Citizens Bank, which I highly doubt. I felt it, and it was obviously fake. Just a heads up!

(I've been waiting for someone more involved with the situation to post. But they haven't, so I will.)

On SomervilleVoices, Greg Nadeau reports that harpist Deborah Henson-Conant and the 70-person Arlington High School Choir gathered Tuesday afternoon at the willow tree to sing songs and film a video. Greg also hired an independent arborist from Boston Tree Preservation who will visit next Tuesday to "assess the tree's health and fate."

Here's Deborah Henson Conant's page about the tree, with photos of the choir, three streaming audio song tracks about the tree, and more photos, lyrics, and other cool stuff. She promises a YouTube video soon, but it's not up yet.
