We are looking for a third roommate to share our three bedroom apartment in Somerville between Davis and Porter Squares. I am a woman in my mid-thirties. Rich is in his late twenties. We prefer to live with someone in their late twenties to mid-thirties.

The room is on the small side, but it has a great balcony.
A full size bed works in that room.
The closet is big.

First and last month rent is due at signing.

Utilities average $110 a month. They include:

The lease would be Sept. 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011. It is possible to move in a little sooner than Sept 1st.
