Removing the gas line?

Anyone know who I can call to have a gas line removed from our gas stove so that the old one can be hauled away and so Best Buy will install our new one? It's not so much a line as it a pipe and neither myself or my boyfriend knows how to remove it or have the tools to do so.

Best Buy has a separate delivery service which is delivering the stove today, so someone who could come immediately would be best so the delivery people could take the old stove. However, I realize this is last minute and we're probably going to get stuck with a detached old stove so could anyone also tell us if Somerville will pick up a gas range with trash at some point?

FREE CRT TV on Hall Ave near Davis

For the past five years I have been entertained and informed by an incredible machine that displays pictures and sound together. Now, however, our paths must part, and the television has embarked upon a quest to find a new home. It is currently hitch-hiking on the curb outside 40 Hall Avenue, and you are welcome to come pick it up and take it home for free! Yes, free! Now you too can enjoy hours of fun with your very own 20-something inch television set. Come get it before it rains!

Hall Avenue is a few streets up College Ave from Davis towards Powderhouse. It's a one-way street so if you're driving you'll have to go down Kidder to Liberty to oh just look it up on Google Maps. 40 Hall is a little more than halfway down the street on the right. Look for the television set on the curb. If there is no television set on the curb, then someone took it already. This item is first-come first-served, as intimacy issues prevent me from holding the TV. So don't ask me to.

I have boxes for your move

I have a large number of choice boxes (clean, sturdy) I collected from the local package stores for my move. It's seems like a shame to spend time and energy crushing them when so many people are moving. Come and get them! They're neatly stacked on Rice Street, off Mass Ave, a few houses down from the Home Brewer.
