I have a bike I got for free so I thought I'd pass it on into the free world. I got it tuned up and it works ok. See a pict at: http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/zip/2070791520.html

Update: Taken!

Hi,

We have two free adjustable pet gates out on the curb on the corner of Kidder and Pearson. Please come take them. They're in perfect condition, but our dog does not need gating, so they've proved to be unnecessary for us.  Maybe they're exactly what you need. One of them is wide enough to gate off one of the larger double doorways between a typical Somerville living room and dining room.

I've been trying to track down some answers to various questions about rental laws without much success, so I was hoping someone here might either know the answers, or where to find them.

1) Is there some sort of statue of limitations on when an old landlord can contact a tenant about grievances after a tenant has moved out?

2) Are there any laws about the allowable number of tenants in a unit? How about number of toilets/bathrooms per number of people?

3) Other than facts about notices of termination, I'm having a hard time finding information about the legal rights of tenants in at-will (no lease) rental situations.

4) Is there any information about the responsibilities of tenants when a landlord is involved in sketchy/possibly illegal activities?

I have a a large container (think one tier of these) of craft supplies including acid-free paper, adhesives, embossing powders, various stamps and other assorted supplies. I had high ideals of finding a place to donate them, but my move date snuck up on me and now I just want them gone, without throwing them out.

Great for a scrapbooker/cardmaker or anybody else interested in paper-crafts.

Anybody interested in them... container and all? Comment below w/ contact info.

We have a number of small projects for which we could use some help.  Hoping to find one person who can do it all, ideally.

*Rehang a lazy Susan door
*snake out a couple drains
*figure out why our under-cabinet fluorescent lights keep flickering or don't work, even when we replace the bulbs
*figure out why our outdoor electrical outlet suddenly doesn't work anymore
*clean out a very stinky garbage disposal
*give us an estimate for repainting the interior of our condo and tiling the kitchen backsplash

Thanks for any tips.
