Not sure if any of you listen to Marc Maron's WTF podcast. (Maron went to BU and my understanding is like David Cross he lived around here back in the day)

A few weeks ago he interviewed Rob Riggle and Riggle told an anecdote about Janeanne Garafolo being confronted by tea party people at Somerville Theater a few years back during the comedy festival. It's at the beginning of the interview if you are a comedy nerd you might find it interesting to hear a little davis square shout out - also the Somerville Theater posts here and I thought you guys might be interested.

Miso Market, a Japanese grocer, now open in Porter Square

Miso Market opened today at 1963 Mass. Ave, corner of Allen Street next to the former Bob Slate.

They passed out business cards pointing to MisoMarketAsian.com, but that doesn't seem to be their correct web address, as none of the links on that page are about Japanese food at all.

Their phone is 617-945-7789.
