mysticalchild_isisOne room available in a two bedroom apartment in Ball Square. It's a nice apartment that's been kept up well, with hardwood floors, laundry and dryer in the apartment, and it's about a 12 minute walk to Davis (10 minutes for people with longer legs than me). Rent is $775 a month plus utilities.
I'm looking for a relatively neat non-smoker who likes cats, but does not have one of his/her own, as the lease stipulates only one cat, which I already have. Me: 30/F/professional. I've been sharing the apartment with a close friend for the last several years, so I'm used to having someone with very compatible living and social habits. Ideally, I'd like to have a chance to get to know my future roommate at least a little bit before signing a lease together.

Yard sale Sunday in Powderhouse square

Sale starts at 9am and ends when everything's sold. From Davis, walk up College, and turn right on Kenwood, right before you hit the circle. The sale will be halfway down the block, on your left.
We'll sell lots of stuff! Furniture, kitchen stuff, women's clothing, shoes, CDs, DVDs, and more!
