Looking for a roommate for September 1

One room available in a two bedroom apartment in Ball Square. It's a nice apartment that's been kept up well, with hardwood floors, laundry and dryer in the apartment, and it's about a 12 minute walk to Davis (10 minutes for people with longer legs than me). Rent is $775 a month plus utilities.

I'm looking for a relatively neat non-smoker who likes cats, but does not have one of his/her own, as the lease stipulates only one cat, which I already have. Me: 30/F/professional. I've been sharing the apartment with a close friend for the last several years, so I'm used to having someone with very compatible living and social habits. Ideally, I'd like to have a chance to get to know my future roommate at least a little bit before signing a lease together.

I am a 40 year old female who recently has had to find a place to reside and fast. I had been living in Somerville. I just want to ask is there anyone looking for a roommate at this time?

I am extremely nice, clean and responsible. I do not do drugs of any kind and communicate very clearly. I just need an older person as in mid/late 30's for a comfortable fit. I am so low key, do not like tension and will clean, tidy up without being asked.

is there such a person ready to find an apartment or already has one just looking to share? Male or female doesn't matter.

Well, it isn't available until Sept 1, and I'm also only just 30, so this may not be ideal.

well if you know of anything else or someone who is open to an 'older" roommate I would consider it professional courtesy

I would ideally like to move shortly but there is NO big rush as I need to pack up also. AGAIN, if you party a lot, do drugs or have other issues this will not work.
