Hi all,
I worked at this event last year and it was amazing. There's some fantastic restaurants in East Somerville and this is best possible way to see which you'd like to visit later. It supports a great organization and it's quite affordable - $20 in advance or $25 at the door.

Explore the culture and cuisine of East Somerville at the Third Annual East Broadway Foodie Crawl. Sample a wide variety of dishes as you wind your way down East Broadway, stopping at small, locally-owned restaurants along the way. Try dishes from more than five different continents with Italian, Mexican, Caribbean, Brazilian and American restaurants, to name a few. Cap the night off with three different dessert parties.

ETA:  The problem has been resolved!  New place's dates now overlap the old one!

One of my friends is moving this weekend. Her current lease ends on the 31st, but it will be a couple of days before she can move into the next place.

In the meantime, can anyone offer crash space for a quiet, clean, polite person with a small pet in a cage and a few boxes?  I have space for most of her stuff, but not a couch to sleep on.

Anywhere on the Red Line would work.

boston bingo extended! TOO many cookies

Every year for move-in weekend, I make up a Boston Bingo board. This year, I'm sharing with you all. Spot a couch on the curb, a papa-san chair, someone wearing all Tufts clothing, and you can win! Find and print out the board here.

This year, we're also having a yard sale this weekend. If you manage to get Bingo! bring the board by and I'll give you a cookie (while supplies last). If you take photos as proof of your Bingo, I'll give you TWO cookies.

ETA: the rain has slowed traffic so we're extending the sale into the (sunny we hope) afternoon. There are SO MANY cookies. Come and get them!
