Temporary Housing?

I have a friend and his wife who are up from North Carolina doing some work for MIT. They are staying in Framingham right now, but the commute is taxing, thus they are looking to get a bit closer to MIT to avoid such a painful commute. I think they are here for another 2-3 weeks and possibly be back December or January for another 2-3 weeks. They are willing to pay up to $400 per week for a room. Does anyone have recommendations or perhaps a room they can put up for a few extra holiday dollars?
