Kindred Tea & Tonic Should Open on Dec. 2

Just walked by Kindred Tea & Tonic, which has been under construction for a while, and a sign in the door said they're opening tomorrow, Dec. 2, at 10 a.m. Their website says the same thing:

This is on Holland Street, next to Johnny D's. I'm sort of curious about this new cafe and what it will be offering.
