ron_newmanA permit, issued yesterday and posted on the door, says "DUNKIN DONUTS TENANT IMPROVEMENT."
Looks like the DD entrance will be at the east end of the building, next to Buffalo Exchange, while the supermarket entrance will be at the corner of Chester and Elm. I believe the plan is still to have an openable partition between the Dunks and the grocery store, so that they can keep different hours if desired.
(We still don't know who the supermarket will be.)
