I am moving to a new place, and I'm subletting my room. A few details and, below, pictures behind the cut:

Sublet - one bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment.

$650/month. Available April 1.

One bedroom in apartment with two roommates. Only a five minute walk from the Porter Square T station, with easy access to red line, commuter rail and 77, 83 and 96 bus routes. Davis Square, Harvard Square and Union Square are all within a 20 minute walk.

Cheery apartment features plentiful windows, well-equipped kitchen, cable-based wireless internet, free laundry in basement, dishwasher, gas stove, friendly roommates (one man and one woman). Free on-street parking available with Somerville resident permit.

Room is approximately 12'x11' and has two windows.

Looking for someone to take over my share of the lease from April 1 through August 31.

The apartment already has some (quite friendly) cats, with no room for more.

Utilities are in addition to rent, and average to about ~$100/month, less in the summer.

Pic one is the room. It doesn't come furnished, the bed is moving with me.


There are two large windows in the room. You can only just see the edge of the second one, there.
