3 of my roommates are moving out at the end of April (weird timing, I know), and I really don't want to move out. I really adore this apartment and it's an insane deal for the amount of space you get. Hands down the best place I've lived since moving to the Boston area.

Perks:

• Cheap Rent! $500 a month per person excluding utilities


• It's month-to-month which is pretty sweet and hard to come by around here; you give 60 days notice to the landlord to move out. ( I'd like people who can stay for at least 6 months though.)


• Not one, but TWO nice bathrooms


• If you have a car you'll never have to fight for an on street space - plenty of parking.


• Free washer and dryer in the basement


• Convenient to the 80, 89, and 101 buses; quick and easy T connections to the Orange at Sullivan, the Red at Davis and the Green at Lechemere


• Awesome landlords. We are their only tenants and they're very good fixing things when they need to


• I'm pretty cool to live with :)

I know that you specifically say "no couples" but would you consider it if we took 2 rooms and paid $1000? Wasn't sure if you were against having 5 people in the space or if you just think a couple would be annoying to live with?

I think it was more to do with being against 5 people living in the house and the possibility of having to deal with lovers quarrels. I don't really see a problem with taking 2 rooms and paying the same as everyone else. I'm still looking for people so please feel free to shoot me an email at samantha.coren@gmail.com
