Working for free in the cold and mud to help wealthy Lexington residents so that their luxury homes don't get flooded is very appealing... I would consider it if people in a poor neighborhood had been hit by a bad earthquake...

I believe that the sandbags are being filled in Lexington, perhaps at the National Guard Armory. I don't think that this means that they are necessarily being used there.

That is correct. Lexington is not itself subject major flooding. Some of the floods are in wealthy communities, like Wayland, but working class cities, like Fall River, have also been hard hit. If nvidia only wants to help people "deserving" of her time, she could go to Fall River, if she can get there. Highway 24 is closed in both direction due to floods.
