Where do Somerville residents go to dump items that can't be picked up by the weekly trash pickup, eg construction waste. There is no Somerville "dump" correct? Eg the kind of place where one's vehicle is weighed before and after. Other towns have dumps, but I think you have to be a resident to use them?

I'm not interested in paying someone to pickup (probably not cost effective) or in sneaking it into the trash.

I have to wonder who wrote that page, because the syntax is atrocious.

Most dumps here are not free, so depending on how much it is I would bring it too woodwaste in Everett. It's 135 per ton so it pays to have a lot of material to dump but if you can't get rid of it anyother way its a lot chaeper than a dumpster.
