[REPOST] 3 rooms for rent May 1st near Magoun Sq in 4br/2bath duplex $500/month no lease

So after showing my apartment to countless strangers and having a group of people back out on me at the last minute - I still have 3 rooms opening up in my very lovely apartment on May 1st for 500 each. 

3 of my roommates are moving out at the end of April (weird timing, I know), and I really don't want to move out. I really adore this apartment and it's an insane deal for the amount of space you get. Hands down the best place I've lived since moving to the Boston area.

Cheap Rent! $500 a month per person excluding utilities

It's month-to-month which is pretty sweet and hard to come by around here; you give 60 days notice to the landlord to move out. ( I'd like people who can stay for at least 6 months though.)

Not one, but TWO nice bathrooms

If you have a car you'll never have to fight for an on street space - plenty of parking.

Free washer and dryer in the basement

Convenient to the 80, 89, and 101 buses; quick and easy T connections to the Orange at Sullivan, the Red at Davis and the Green at Lechemere

Awesome landlords. We are their only tenants and they're very good fixing things when they need to

I'm pretty cool to live with :)

Yeah not my call, it's in the rental agreement. I'm also super allergic to cats. I really miss having a dog though :(

Yep! I frequent Tua's in Kenmore Sundays when I can. It's my home away from home there. We're a big angry family :)

May I ask why "no couples?" Is it an "I don't want to deal with your drama if you have drama" thing, or a "Can't have more people than bedrooms" thing, or something else entirely?

A little from column A and a little from column B. Don't want to have to deal with lovers quarrels or having someone not be able to afford rent because they broke up....I suppose I'd be willing to take in a couple if they wanted to take 2 rooms but that doesn't really make sense for a lot of people. The apartment has plenty of space in it to easily accommodate a 5th, but I think I'd prefer to keep it at 4.
