Looking for a roommate. Do you need housing?

Last week, I viewed an apartment and fell in love with it. The current tenants (who are both moving out by the end of the month) have agreed to give me the place, so now we're all looking for someone to be my roommate. It's available Feb 1 with the tentative moving weekend of Jan 29.

This is a 2BR unit near Teele Square on Packard, two blocks from Broadway.

The unit has two bedrooms, bathroom w/tub, living room, dining room, kitchen, many closets, basement storage (including free washer/dryer), hardwood floors, porch, off-street parking may be available (and there's plenty of on-street parking with a permit). The rooms are very large and sunny. It's a corner lot, with the landlords living upstairs so it's well-maintained.

The total rent is $1,600 w/gas and electric extra. I have a 26" TV I'd put in the LR so would like to also
have a cable/Internet package. Landlords require up-front first month and security deposit.

I'm 29, male, employed in state government and also starting grad school this month. I'm fun and friendly.
I'm a social drinker, don't smoke or do drugs and don't have pets. It's okay if you smoke but please not
inside. Please don't have pets either though I guess fish are okay.

arrangements with the current tenants to see the apartment. I fell in love with it when I saw it.
