Hey, everybody. I'm trying to make some decisions about moving in July, before my current lease is up. If I were to do that, I'd need to get someone to take over the last few months of my lease, with an option to renew.
The problem is, having never been involved with the rental market in the summer around here, I have no idea how likely or unlikely it is to be able to do that. I live in Union Square in a two-bedroom. Is there usually more demand for a place like that in the summer than supply, or the other way around?
Any information would be appreciated, statistical or anecdotal!
