Big deal bird nest?

This is a bit outside Davis Square, but does anyone know what kind of bird has nested in the building across from the Fresh Pond Shopping Center that's drawing such a huge crowd over there?

Aww :) I could see that there were some sizeable birds up there when driving by, and I was starting to wonder if there were eagles or something with all those people!
