The apartment under ours is up for rent August 1. It's the lovely 2nd floor 2-bedroom that I've envied for years but can't afford, so we're in the crow's nest above and are quiet neighbors (as are the 1st floor neighbors). Bay State Ave at B'way; you can almost watch the Ball Square Breakfast Wars from your large front balcony. Landlord (who is very nice) is asking $1650 + util (I suggest you to haggle; others have successfully done so). As many as 3 people and as few as 1 have lived comfortably in the apartment. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Anyway, here's the Craigsleeest:
