A FREE, FUN, Family Friendly event open to the public. Workshops, activities, information and hands-on learning about how to live a more Green and Sustainable life! Free Food, Drinks and Kids games and Crafts.

Boston Materials Resources Center, Groundwork Somerville, Somerville Community Growing Center, NStar, The Leadership Campaign, Shape Up Somerville, Next Step Living, Stinky's Kittens and Dogs too, Laurel St Trading Post, Waltham Community Fields, Somerville Community Corporation and Saint PolyCarp Village, Agripods, Home Energy Effeciency Team (SHEET), theMove, Sprouting , Somerville High School Green Club, Corporate Accountability International, Toxics Action Center, Greenpeace, Back Porch Soaps, Mystic River Watershed Association, Transition Towns, Mass. FREE FOOD PROVIDED BY:

* At 6:45 there will be a one-hour in depth workshop presented by Somerville Climate Action and Consuelo Perez on Saving Energy and Money in SPANISH!
The Living Green Festival will be collecting a variety of items for re-use/recycling. You can drop off printer ink cartridges, eye glasses, and nylons for use in the Gulf Oil Spill clean-up.
