A little outside Davis Square, Arris Auto is at the intersection of Elm Street and Somerville Ave. I was there Saturday and they told me Herbie passed away. If you've ever been there, you probably knew who Herbie was. Does anyone have any info?

Holy crap.

Well, that sucks. He was always smiles, fun, and joking whenever I saw him.

He's on Facebook (Herbie Burnett), but has a private profile.

His obiturary doesn't list anything specific: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/bostonglobe/obituary.aspx?n=herbert-h-burnett&pid=143723225

I will miss Herbie, too. You could always count on him for a smile.

There was a mass conducted by the Brothers of Hope at St. Catherine's on Summer Street last Sunday. Very sad, very moving.
