255 Elm Street Restaurant and Theater Plans

I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything on the LJ Davis... does anyone have any specific info about this new venue?  Is it a movie theater, music?

The owner of Precinct and the Independent (both popular bars in Union Square) is opening a restaurant called Foundry. It will include a lounge in the basement and a re-opening of the Jimmy Tingle theatre.
