davis_squareHey all, figured there's a lot of Wainwrighters in this community so I'd share the info.
Wainwright Bank is being bought by Eastern Bank.

The article linked says Eastern plans to continue their commitment to social justice, yadda yadda. Eastern Bank also has received awards for highest customer satisfaction in New England, so that's a point in their favor as well.
