Flatbread Company's pizzeria/bowling alley opens this Saturday

Enroute to the Farmer's Market today I saw smoke coming from Flatbread Co's chimneys so I went to have a look. Sure enough they were firing up the ovens. The manager invited me inside for a look and said the place would be opening on Saturday.

I am excited by this. I like this chain's pizza/flatbread. I like this chain's beer selection. I like this chain's family friendly service (hopefully this will be true in this location as well). I also like bowling.

Maybe this will help challenge notions by some of the camberville set that chains are inherently evil.

It's a small regional chain, though -- started in Amesbury MA, with all their other locations in New England except for one in Hawaii.
