good bakery?

help! can anyone recommend a good bakery in the area where i can get a personalized cake? my roomie got a promotion and i'd love to pick up something nice on the way home tonight :o)

I love Lyndell's on Broadway in Ball Square. Old-fashioned, great-tasting cakes from pleasant people for a reasonable price.

wow, thank you all for the recommendation...hopefully i can make it there by 6 before they close (doens't seem likely since i get out at 5)
