Room Opening in Davis Square

Hey everybody. I have a room opening up that we need to fill ASAP as my friend backed out of moving in. It's a cozy, newly carpeted room in a newly renovated large apartment on Paulina Street, about five minutes walk to Davis.  Free laundry in the unit, not in a basement or anything, and what's best, you get your own porch! Your ad is expired, and I'm assuming I read it already and if you've posted on Craigslist again since then I've already responded... but just in case, I'm looking to move the weekend before Sept 1 and I've got a cat (the standard dealbreaker, sads). Just doublechecking because nothing else is looking likely!
