Hi Folks-- We're looking for a third roommate, and so I'm writing to spread the word.

Location: 81 Bromfield Road Apt #1, Somerville. 2 minutes' walking distance from Tufts U. 10 minutes' walk to Davis Square. Three-storey building, divided into two residences: landlords have upper 1.5, downstairs tenants have bottom 1.5. Available bedroom is one of the two bedrooms at top of stairs. Super landlords.


$450/month unfurnished room. Water included. Additional gas and electric split three ways. Washer/dryer in basement. Available room is good-sized, newly painted, one window.

Existing tenants, two males, one early 30s, the other 41. Very friendly Maine-coon cat also present. GLBT friendly house.

Generally low-key household in which people are satisfied to co-exist, pursue interests, work, pet the acutely under-utilized cat.

Time frame: Space available September 1, 2010 for one year lease.

Hiya, I'm looking for a place and was just wondering if you knew the dimension of the room since I've got a queen bed and a long dresser (so a 9x9 probably won't work out).

I've got a cat who probably has some Coon in her, she gets along well with other laidback felines and likes to be in the same room as everyone else.

I'm free after 5pm Tues/Thurs and around 9:30 Weds/Fri this week :)
