I found a yellow kitten!

This afternoon I found this yellow kitten exploring behind my house on Morrison Ave near Willow. No collar, no ear tattoo, no discernable microchip. He happily came inside to eat my cat's food and play. Is he yours? He'd like to get going, but I'd hate to let him out and have him get hit by a car or something. I left a message for Somerville Animal Control as well.

He looks a bit like a cat who hangs out on Henry and Lexington Streets, but then again, all adorable orange cats sort of look alike. If he IS that cat, though, he's outside all the time.

Hey- this guy looks a lot (and the description sounds like) a cat I found last summer, who I thought was a kitten... brought him to a vet to discover he was a few years old. Does this guy have a chipped front tooth? If yes, it's the same cat. April Terrio at Animal Control was really helpful in finding his owners. Let me know if it sounds like the same guy, and I can email you the owners' info.

There's an unfixed orange tom cat (aging now) living in Somerville (on Walnut) who I believe has fathered numerous little orange cats that wander around...
