Another Open Room

davis_squareHello everyone, I have another room opening up in my awesome Davis Square apartment. Details can be found here, on craigslist or below this here cut!
We are looking for a fourth roommate for our large Davis Square apartment. The rent is $550 a month.
The apartment occupies the top two floors of a three story house. It is a spacious, extremely sunny apartment located five minutes walk from the Davis Square T Stop and five minute drive from 93. It's been recently refurbished with all new hard wood floors throughout, new appliances including new fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, and one of my personal favorites, FREE WASHER AND DRYER IN THE APARTMENT.
The room itself is approximately 15x15 with a gigantic closet and neat little window seat. The room is on the third floor and faces the street but is quiet in spite of that.
Utilities run about $50 per person per month. Twice during the winter, we'll be getting oil for heat and that's around $100 per person each time.
There are three guys in the apartment right now and we're open to men or women. We're all very friendly, but definitely give each other our space. My name's Robert, I'm 27 year old young professional, Rich is 29 and the same, and Ross is 23.
There is a single off-street parking space available and the downstairs neighbors are also very friendly. It's a fairly young neighborhood as well, since it is both five minutes walk to Davis and five minutes walk to Teele. We're looking for someone around our age and are all fairly open minded.
Sorry, due to allergies, pets are not allowed and smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. As far as smoking is concerned, we have an assortment of porches.
