PLEASE HELP!! 3 rooms for rent in Somerville

craigslist can only help so much, so i look to the communities for help. thanx!

March 1st move-in date.

quick info: the large room is for $410, the smaller 2 rooms are $390 each. big kitchen, good sized bathroom, living room, and front and back porches. it is close to laundrymat, corner store, liquor store. 20 minute walk (depending on how you wander) to davis square. lechmere is really close by and the apartment is off of McGrath. bus lines 80 and 88 stop on or very near street. there is a parking space in the driveway and a lot of parking available on the street as well.


it's the 3rd floor of a 3 family building. the smaller rooms are about 10' by 12'. one has a good view of sunsets. they each have 2 windows and a closet. i've lived in both, a small room and the larger room. the largest room is about 20' by 14' i think, these aren't exact. it's a good sized room with many windows, so there is ample natural light. it's pretty big. i have a bunch of furniture and it all fits. there is a small closet in the room and about half of a walk-in closet for this room. i may be willing to sell some furniture as well. that room is $410.

the roomates that are staying are easygoing. David is a carpenter/mason who paints on his freetime and Romi works at bed bath and beyond. in general, we don't hang out all the time, but it is a comfortable space. it's a 5 bedroom apt. there is a big kitchen with great amounts of cabinet space, a lot of countertop space, and a small pantry. there is a large fridge and a smaller fridge in addition. we have a good sized living room and nice sized bathroom. we generally never had trouble sharing the bathroom. it's generally had a 20-29 year old crowd. there isn't cigarette smoking in the house but 420 is alright.

for the large room, the goal move in date is March 1st, however, i may move into my new apartment before that. so, let's talk. for move in, you need 1st, last, and deposit. so $1170 for the small rooms or $1230 in total for the large room. there may be a possibility of delaying part of the payment by 2 weeks if needed for the large room.
