Lost dog possibly

I just got home and there is a super cute dog that must have got out. He was running in the direction of Ware/Belknap and he had a collar, name tags etc. but when I tried to get him to come to me he/she growled...and was obviously scared. It is a small, black dog with brownish red tips on the floppy ears and a few other spots. I did call Animal Control and 311, they are going to call the Animal Control woman on her cell phone.

Since I dont have it and at this time Animal Control does not have it...still lost just found in a certain area radius.
