Inbound Route 28 closing on November 6 - advance warning

In order to replace the Craigie Drawbridge (the one by the Museum of Science), Route 28 inbound will be CLOSED TO MOTOR TRAFFIC from Land Blvd. in East Cambridge to Leverett Circle starting Saturday, November 6 for about a month. It will reopen in early December but will then close again for two months in early February.

They say they'll keep it open for bikes and pedestrians in both directions during this project.

Sullivan area is going to really fun - not only is this project diverting 93N-bound traffic from here to Sullivan, but there's also an alert sign on Rt 99 saying construction on Alford St starts Nov 8th :(
