Halloween falls on a Sunday this year. Will trick-or-treating happen on Sunday evening, or does it happen on the Saturday before?
Thanks if anyone has info.

Most often, they rescheduled Mondays.

Date: 2010-10-15 12:26 pm (UTC)I decided to look a little further, and Medford's "Business Trick or Treat" is Oct. 29. They don't say what time, but I think it's something like 3-5 or 4-6. http://www.medfordchamberma.com/events.html

There’s this, which includes trick-or-treating:
SomerStreets (http://www.somervillema.gov/cos_content/documents/OctoberSomerstreetsPoster1.pdf)
Friday, October 29
Haunted House 1 at the Recreation Bldg., 19 Walnut Street, 6:00 to 9:00 P.M.
Halloween Howl family friendly concert, Davis Square, 6 to 10 P.M.
Friday and Saturday, October 29 and 30
SPD Haunted House
haunted house 2 (http://www.somervillema.gov/spd/)
There’s also always a parade along the bike path from Davis Square to Lexington Park. I forget the day and time for that.
However, I think there are no official events on October 31. Everyone is free to trick-or-treat on their own.
