KNIT AND SIP THIS SUNDAY AT THE NAVE GALLERY

Time: 1:00pm–5:00pm
Knitters, crocheters, and other creative types are invited for 4 HOUR session to create work for Wrap Around, the Nave Gallery's annual sale of homemade woolen goods to benefit the Somerville Homeless Coalition (Nov 12-14).

Wine & snacks will be provided to make the day extra perfect.

So, bring your needles & wool, and get ready to knit and sip!

I too am considering it :) Would you take donations of other knitted goods after the fact, and/or yarn to help others make things?

The Nave group would greatly appreciate any contributions to help out the Somerville Homeless Coalition in these challenging economic times. If you want to drop off yarn, I suggest you do so during the Knit-a-Thon (this Sunday, Oct 24, 1-5 pm). Stop in for a wine tasting and a great group. If you want to donate finished warm woolies, you can do so during regular Nave Gallery hours (up until November 14) which are:

Fridays: 6-8
Saturdays: 1-5
Sundays: 1-5

Thanks, Mark, for your kind words. The all-volunteer Nave Gallery team does take community responsibility very seriously, as does the Clarendon Hill Presbyterian Church in which Nave Gallery art and events reside.
