davis_squareI've finally reached the point where I can afford to live solo (whoot!). I'm looking forward to it, but there is the downside of moving out of a great apartment/living situation.
So now, my roommie is searching for her new roommie.

One decent-sized bedroom available in an amazing two bedroom apartment. The apartment is extremely spacious for the price: a beautiful eat-in-kitchen and two additional common rooms - a full-on 1:1 ratio of living rooms to bedrooms! 7 minute walk to the T and 5 minutes to the bikepath - a PERFECT location. One off-street parking space is available for your use since my primary mode of transit is my beloved bicycle. I have lived here for over two years and I couldn't imagine a better place - honestly.
The basic rundown: I'm a 27 yr-old female, I work at a local environmental non-profit organization. I'm really into cooking and enjoying wonderful food, and I LOVE being outdoors. I'm fun, friendly, and responsible - looking for the same in a roommate. My job requires a lot of me - frequently requiring evenings and weekends. Needless to say, I spend a fair amount of time working, but also look for a home life that is energizing and relaxing - where conversation is easy and comfortable and alone time is also valued.
The rent is $700 plus utilities and the lease is month-to-month.
I'll add that's it's the top floor of a three-story walk-up (standard Somerville place), so it's amazingly sunny (as you can see) and has TONS of storage.
