Room for Jan 1st

Hi all, I've got someone moving out January 1st and I'm in the limbo of either needing to move or needing to get someone in, or both if the third roomie stays.

I'm in North Cambridge now and would like to move somewhere closer to Inman Square though obvi my <3 for Davis is still strong so I'd stay here too :)

A few things which have become sticking points are that I have a cat who doesn't enjoy doggies, and I don't want to pay up to $700 unless it's a mostly inclusive dreamland. The listed Craigslist ad is only pimping me, not the place since we're not all sure if we're staying or not. If you're more interested in the place than me, it's $570 and has a ton of space, I'm just ready for a change.
