When does Elm St reopen?

I know the Gobble Gobble is this morning, just wondering if anyone knows when they reopen Elm St. to traffic? Happy Thanksgiving!

The postings said "closed to traffic until approximately 12:00pm" They might be giving themselves a window, if the crowds disperse earlier, I'm sure they'll reopen before noon.--
