A lovely room in a lovely apartment

I just moved to the Boston area over the summer and sadly thanks to the economy and desperately missing my family, I have decided to move back to Virginia. The good news for everyone out there is this means my room is for rent! I'm gonna miss this place but I need someone to replace me asap.

It's a wonderful apartment off of highland and I am looking for someone to take over my lease Dec 15th or Jan 1st.  There is free laundry in the basement, nice neighbors, plenty of street parking/parking in the driveway negotiable, a emerson grad student as a roommate, cats allowed, and a pretty responsive landlord! Rent is 725 a month (1st/last/deposit due by jan 1st)
