Ellis Oval/Zimman Field Hours?

Anyone know if the Ellis Oval has set hours for the public? I tried searching google and picked through the Tufts website but all I'm getting are links to football games or other random info.

Officially the sign on the field says for Tufts use only and thus the public is not invited to use the track.

Unofficially, of course other people go walking and jogging around the track. If you wanted to use it regularly, I would just watch to see when it seems like the track team and/or football team aren't practicing there. Weekends seem to be in much heavier use than weekdays, but there must be practices there at some times and seasons.
