KGB Deals is selling vouchers for Yak & Yeti, $15 for $30. For those who don't want to look at their site (whywhywhy do restaurants all seem to think they need to use flash? who is talking these people into it?), their apps are about $6, entrees $9-12, and desserts $3. $30 will go a long way there.

(also if you have an interest in Ball Square foods, I reviewed Pescatore the other day after using a CoupMe voucher there.)

Be careful with this. Y&Y refused to honor my CoupMe coupon from the previous deal ( http://community.livejournal.com/davis_square/2476132.html ). I think it was probably mostly confusion and language issues (they only counted it for the $10 it cost, not the $25 face value), but it should make people wary of these coupon deals -- it's not worth much if the store owners don't understand it.

Consider calling Y&Y and asking them if they know about and will honor this deal.

I had the same problem--they counted it for $10 instead of $25--but they fixed it without complaint when I explained the error.

Also, their chai was reallllly good. :)

The same thing happened to me last week. I didn't notice until we got home and I looked on the receipt.

Good Morning. Thanks for informing me about this. I'm the CEO of CoupMe, and will look into this right away. This is the first I've heard of any issues with redemption or value not being honored. To anyone that has had an issue redeeming their Yak & Yeti voucher, please email info@coupme.com with particulars of your order so we can use that as an example. I'll contact them today to discuss, but I'm thinking there was just some confusion as they've been a great merchant for us and others that have redeemed thus far. I hear the food is good too!

Hello, CEO of CoupMe. Could you please answer this person as well? You seem to have a lot of unanswered complaints on your Facebook wall, too.

Why is the site called 'KGB'? Is it owned by Russian spies?

I don't know. Maybe this nonexistent person.

The main place where I disagree with it is that it tells you to take a photo of your menu instead of making a PDF!

That sounds like a problem with the phone, though, since PDF has been a standardized format on the Web for well over a decade.
