Three or Four cherry pickers with police detail on Park ave

Not sure whats going on the techs are yelling in the street and keeping me up. The have three cherry pickers up at the moment with on on standby and an officer is blocking the road. It's 12:28am. Kinda odd.  Maybe they do upgrades in the middle of the night?  I can't tell if it's telecom or cable.

As a hockey player, those cherry pickers make me nervous. Glad the cops are keeping an eye on them.
