Yes, that's it. Their web site mentions carrying Rugby matches, but not 6 nations in particular. However, it appears to me that they don't keep their web site very up-to-date.

Last year, Orleans showed a bunch of the games - the problem is that BBC America is the main station showing the games and they're only doing one a week, when Setanta had it, the showed all of them.
