I just wrote up a thing about the Rosie's on Mass Ave expanding their soup & sandwich menu, plus they have breakfast now. Also a small slide show:

I believe that's just the title the writer of the piece is given; she's talking about Porter Square business for examiner.com, so she is a "Porter Square Examiner". Similar titles I've found while browsing examiner.com are "New England Patriots Examiner" and "Worcester Mental Health Examiner". From the bottom of the homepage:

Yup, you got it. I am the Porter Square Examiner, there's another person cover Davis Square, Harvard Square, etc... with local news. I've mostly been focusing on local businesses and art.

Examiner.com is a national website that employs 'examiners' (writers) on local topics, as well as specific niches (i.e. Organic Foods Examiner, NASCAR Examiner, etc...) I picked up the Porter Square beat a few months ago and am still figuring out what to do with it exactly...
