Dog on Gorham St

My girlfriend spotted a dog on Gorham St this morning, wondering if it belongs to anyone that anyone knows. We've already called 311, just wanted to see if someone knows anything about it and to let them know about it.

It is a tag. Likely the dog will make it's way back to it's owner, this is more of a "hey, if you're missing your dog, here's some info that will help you worry less" kind of post.
