Just wanted to give this group the heads up- I'm going to be moving out of my primo location Davis Sq apartment and will be looking for someone to take over the lease as of 6/1! Here are the specifics:

-On Dover street, can see the back of the BSC/CVS building from my living room
-2 minute walk from Davis/T
-1 br
-large walk-in kitchen
-lots of closet space
-Heat included
-1 parking space in lot behind the building included
-cat friendly
-rent is $1250
-lease would go 6/1-8/31, renewable for 9/1.

I'm working on getting pictures up (but of course my computer is jumping the shark right now)

yup! the only downside is no laundry in the building but even without a car, i've been able to figure that out pretty easily
