fabulous day care for 3 and 4yolds

Hi all! My 3 yo son's home day care in Arlington is recruiting preschoolers for the start of the new school year in September. My little guy has been there for a year and a half and loves it: the main teacher, Lynda, has 20 years experience, runs it in a very Montessori (peaceful, structured, kids resolve own conflicts, multi-age learning) fashion, but for a fraction the cost. In the market for a safe, loving and supportive environment to assuage the horrific guilt you feel at leaving your child with strangers so you can have what passes, some days, for a career? well, I have a 4 months old (ugh.. first week at work this week..), but any info for the future might be helpful.
